## `EXP` [esql-exp]

**Syntax**

**Parameters**

`number`
:   Numeric expression. If `null`, the function returns `null`.

**Description**

Returns the value of e raised to the power of the given number.

**Supported types**

**Example**

ROW d = 5.0
