Known Bug : Special Effects Do not Auto Update until first changed. ... 8f72518e53

1. Open App.
2. Change a slider on SpecialEffectsView.kt. Hit Save
3. You will then have to re-apply that special effect in the State Editor view's dropdown.
4. After this, hitting Save will update the special effect automatically.
