Implementation details need to be fleshed out, and existing data
needs to be modified accordingly to be compatible with new API.
Functional design should also be modified to be compatible.
TODO: Returned string for printing metric units has no specified level
of precision, will return full Double value
Values do not scale yet.
Still needs proper unit simplification and 1/8 fractional characters.
This implementation should be on my desktop, and if it is I will merge
that in an upcoming commit.
- Add multiple constructors
- Add Eighth unicode characters
- refactor Unit equals and toString for readability
