644849a2bd Make several changes 
- update to Alpine 3.12
- move Shadowsocks and Tinyproxy to wrapper scripts to simplify code
- add healthcheck to kill container if OpenVPN can't reconnect

13868bbef7 Rewrite README.md and clean up entry.sh 
- Added trap and cleanup function for cleaner and faster container stops.
- A copy of the OpenVPN config file is made to keep from modifying original.
- Slight reorganization and additional comments/logging
