Re-add content from removed Security-specific snapshot pages (#85084)
This commit adds back some notes which were lost when we consolidated
the snapshot/restore documentation into a single location.

The notes in question are that:
1) If a Snapshot repository contains Security's feature state, then
that repository contains security-sensitive information. This may
be obvious to some, but is good to state explicitly.
2) Some files, such as the keystore and TLS keys, are not included in
snapshots and are important to back up via other means.

Add explicit warning not to touch repository contents (#81295)
Manipulating the contents of a snapshot repository is a very bad idea,
but it turns out we don't call this out in the docs anywhere. This
commit adds a warning about this.

Improve docs for pre-release version compatibility (#78428)
* Improve docs for pre-release version compatibility

Follow-up to #78317 clarifying a couple of points:

- a pre-release build can restore snapshots from released builds
- compatibility applies if at least one of the local or remote cluster
  is a released build

* Remote cluster build date nit

Add docs for pre-release version compatibility (#78317)
The reference manual includes docs on version compatibility in various
places, but it's not clear that these docs only apply to released
versions and that the rules for pre-release versions are stricter than
folks expect. This commit adds some words to the docs for unreleased
versions which explains this subtlety.

Further emphasise filesystem backups don't work (#67634)
In #33102 we added a warning against using filesystem backups.
Experience has shown that the wording we added was insufficiently
general and open to misinterpretation. This commit reworks it to be
clearer.

This commit also clarifies that snapshots are not incremental across
repositories.

Clarify snapshot incrementality (#65587)
Today we describe snapshots as "incremental" but their incrementality is
rather different beast from e.g. incremental filesystem backups. With
traditional backups you take a large and relatively infrequent "full"
backup and then a sequence of smaller "incremental" ones, and this whole
sequence of backups is required for a restore so it must be kept around
until at least the next full backup. In contrast, Elasticsearch
snapshots are logically independent and each can be deleted without
affecting the integrity of the others.

This distinction frequently causes confusion amongst newer users, so
this commit clarifies what we mean by "incremental" in the docs.

[DOCS] Add note about restoring snapshot versions (#55225)
As discussed at https://elastic.slack.com/archives/C0D1XEXEZ/p1586939752242300 is it not possible to restore snapshots taken on newer versions into clusters running lower versions. For example, a snapshot created in a 7.6.0 cluster cannot be restored on a 7.5.0 cluster. This needs to be documented.
