* (Doc+) cluster.routing.allocation.enable effects going forward Noting setting e.g. `cluster.routing.allocation.enable: primaries` ([doc](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/modules-cluster.html#cluster-shard-allocation-settings)) does not de-allocate existing replicas.
