Propagate query syntax error when using histogram agg (#146202)\n\n##
Summary\r\n\r\nFixes #138305\r\n\r\nThis fix makes the `histogram` agg
propagate the syntax error as other\r\naggregations do.\r\n<img

specific high level message, rather passthrough of the existing
low\r\nlevel error.\r\n\r\n**Notes**\r\nMade some investigation to
invert the logic here to actually throw the\r\nmin/max agg error on
specific case and avoid to map other errors by\r\nname. That led to
discover that multiple causes could actually fall into\r\nthe umbrella
of the `min/max` error and all those root causes could not\r\nbe easily
mapped. I guess we'll found more errors will fall into this\r\nissue
family in the future (I hope not many!).\r\n\r\n###
