* Revert "Revert: [7.x] [FTR][CI] Use default distribution for all tests (#102019)"

This reverts commit c272bdbc25.

* [FTR] Stabilize SSLP functional tests (#102553)

* Removes spaces check, since spaces should always be available
* Disables Monitoring, SecuritySolutions, and Reporting in SSPL tests
until #102552 is completed
