[Textbased] Implement drag and drop between operations (#162036)
Fixes https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/162345 (by adding one
more key to `ignoredActionPaths`)

Adds drag and drop between the layer operations:

[Lens] fix drag and drop overlay (#162310)
## Summary

Fixes https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/160735

When implementing drag and drop for the first time, to move smoothly
between the main drop target and extra drop targets (duplicate or swap),
I created an extra overlay path that keeps the elements visible when
moving around (so when user drags out of the main drop target in the
direction of extra targets, we don't loose their visibility)

Turns out it started causing the 🔝 bug in the recent versions.

This solution is not needed anymore though. Right now we keep elements
visible for a few seconds when user drags out no matter where the mouse
cursor is, so that's enough to go from main target to extra targets.

Here's the overlay path I removed (I added yellow transparent background
so it's more visible)

[Lens] fix drag and drop small styling details (#161121)
## Summary

Fixes two subtle visual drag and drop thingies:

1. When reordering, the styles should look slightly differently:
before:

b0f0d053-f6cc-414b-96cb-0b8ad892b613

after:

c52f8786-72e2-4ef3-a943-8050d7acf348

2. When picking up a dragging item, the whole dimension panel is jumping
very slightly because we add `border`:

before:

[Lens] Refactor drag and drop (#161257)
## Summary

When I created drag and drop for Lens, the API I went for was not the
most readable one. It was designed this way because I wanted to gain
some performance, but it was very hard to maintain the performance gain
with a lot of changes in the drag and drop area because all the pieces
of the code needed to memoized in a tricky way and it wasn't
communicated well.
In the end it works even without these tricks so I decided to simplify
it in this PR.

The main changes include:

1. Instead of multiple `useState` per parameter, we keep all the state
in reducer both for `ReorderProvider` and `RootDragDropProvider`. Thanks
to that we get multiple improvements:
2. The code in `DragDrop` component becomes more descriptive as we don't
run multiple state updates when user executes an action but one state
update describing what actually happens (eg. `dispatchDnd({type:
'selectDropTarget' ....})`. The internal logic of the update lives in
the reducer.
3. We don't have to pass `trackUiCounterEvents` as another prop to
`DragDrop` and run it wherever we need - instead we pass it as a
middleware to the context and run before dispatching (and it's very easy
to add more middlewares if we need extra integrations at some point!)
4. We also run a11y announcements as a middleware instead of inside
`DragDrop` component
5. The `ChildDragDropProvider` props look much cleaner:
    before:
```
      <ChildDragDropProvider
        keyboardMode={keyboardModeState}
        setKeyboardMode={setKeyboardModeState}
        dragging={draggingState.dragging}
        setA11yMessage={setA11yMessage}
        setDragging={setDragging}
        activeDropTarget={activeDropTargetState}
        setActiveDropTarget={setActiveDropTarget}
        registerDropTarget={registerDropTarget}
        dropTargetsByOrder={dropTargetsByOrderState}
        dataTestSubjPrefix={dataTestSubj}
        onTrackUICounterEvent={onTrackUICounterEvent}
      >
        {children}
      </ChildDragDropProvider>
```
after:
```
<ChildDragDropProvider value={[state, dispatch]}>{children}</ChildDragDropProvider>
```
6. Created custom hook `useDragDropContext` instead of using
`useContext(DragContext)` and making DragContext private. This way we
will avoid potential problems with using context outside of root.
7. Bonus thing - if we ever decide to move to redux, the structure is
there already

What I am still not happy with is that the tests are very
domain-dependant instead of user-driven - instead of checking the store
actions, I should check the interface from the user perspective. I will
try to work on it once I find some time between more important tasks
though.

[UnifiedFieldList][Discover] Create a high level unified field list building block (#160397)
- Closes https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/145162
- Closes https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/147884

## Summary

This PR creates a wrapper/container component (building block) for
unified field list subcomponents:

93acc6f707/packages/kbn-unified-field-list/README.md (L5)

Available customization options are listed here:
93acc6f707/packages/kbn-unified-field-list/src/types.ts (L116)

It's now integrated [into
Discover](93acc6f707/src/plugins/discover/public/application/main/components/sidebar/discover_sidebar_responsive.tsx (L373))
and [into example
plugin](93acc6f707/examples/unified_field_list_examples/public/field_list_sidebar.tsx (L84)).
Usage of unified field list subcomponents and hooks stays unchanged in
Lens plugin as it requires more complex customization (for example Lens
uses IndexPattern/IndexPatternField types instead of data view types).

Also this PR allows to disable multifields grouping and select a variant
(responsive, list only, button only) via
`UnifiedFieldListSidebarContainer` properties.

There should no visual changes on Discover and Lens pages. Unified Field
List Examples plugin will get the same sidebar UI as it's on Discover.

[Lens] small drag and drop visual fixes (#159651)
## Summary

Fixes https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/159572

1. The dimension element should be invisible when being moved - fixed by
`.domDragDrop-isHidden` css below `.domDragDrop--isDragStarted` that was
overwriting opacity.

before:
<img width="508" alt="Screenshot 2023-06-14 at 09 45 23"

src="f3b9de10-a2e5-4936-9695-245a57a9a8d4">

2. When navigating with keyboard, the margin of the element that was
moving was slightly off - fixed by changing the constant
`REORDER_ITEM_MARGIN` value to 16. Not sure if we use this package
somewhere else and I should also test @jughosta?

before:
<img width="436" alt="Screenshot 2023-06-14 at 09 45 38"

3. When navigating with keyboard but not reordering, the ghost element
was covering completely the element we would drop into. I fixed it by
changing the translation values. I think that's not expected? Or is this
intentional?

### Risk Matrix

Delete this section if it is not applicable to this PR.

Before closing this PR, invite QA, stakeholders, and other developers to
identify risks that should be tested prior to the change/feature
release.

When forming the risk matrix, consider some of the following examples
and how they may potentially impact the change:

| Risk | Probability | Severity | Mitigation/Notes |

|---------------------------|-------------|----------|-------------------------|
| Multiple Spaces&mdash;unexpected behavior in non-default Kibana Space.
| Low | High | Integration tests will verify that all features are still
supported in non-default Kibana Space and when user switches between
spaces. |
| Multiple nodes&mdash;Elasticsearch polling might have race conditions
when multiple Kibana nodes are polling for the same tasks. | High | Low
| Tasks are idempotent, so executing them multiple times will not result
in logical error, but will degrade performance. To test for this case we
add plenty of unit tests around this logic and document manual testing
procedure. |
| Code should gracefully handle cases when feature X or plugin Y are
disabled. | Medium | High | Unit tests will verify that any feature flag
or plugin combination still results in our service operational. |
| [See more potential risk
examples](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/RISK_MATRIX.mdx) |
