## Summary This PR removes the deprecated `EuiLoadingContent` in favour of the new `EuiSkeletonText` + `EuiSkeletonRectangle` components in all Presentation-owned files. cc @elastic/eui-team ### Checklist - [x] This renders correctly on smaller devices using a responsive layout.
