Fixes link error in https://github.com/elastic/observability-docs/pull/2990 @elastic/kibana-docs I need someone to tell me what to do with the link [here](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/main/x-pack/plugins/observability_onboarding/public/components/app/custom_logs/wizard/configure_logs.tsx#L310). Here's the relevant bit:  I don't know where this UI appears in Kibana, but a user trying to find info about adding YAML config options to their config is gonna be SOL because the topic doesn't talk about that at all.
