3de8506057 Add Info About Commands Used / Test Config Files 
Provide more information about what each flag for each command we are running to help a new user to the services understand them better.

Also include how to test a configuration file.

a785a69ae9 Add comment for locale in date filter. 
For non-english environment the date filter don't parse correctly the month name. See : http://stackoverflow.com/questions/26653490/logstash-date-filter-failed-parsing

381411d955 Reference bin/logstash for how to run logstash. 
Also include %VERSION% instead of a literal version number so that
the docs building process can inject the correct version.

f8d68559ca remove unused links 
the links were placeholders to links to the sample configs, but after
a discussion between myself and kurtado, we decided it was fine to
have users copy+paste the configs.
